OOS can provide a fully-automated, optimised, web-based workforce management solution, which can simplify rostering and management of casual, part-time and contract employees and enable managers to schedule shifts via free-text SMS, email and online messages to employees. Changes can be communicated immediately and employees can confirm their shifts via Email or by Mobile Phone, update availability and submit Leave Requests the same way.

The system has a number of modules - stand-alone or fully integrated - that interface seamlessly with existing management applications.

Conditions of employment, such as Awards, EBAs and agreements unique to your workplace, are also automated and can be tailored for specific employees, groups of employees, or a department.
